Training 8/2- Deads and Back

Deadlifts
 Worked up to 385x5

Deficit Deads
  335x3x3

Kroc Row
 100x20

Lat Pulldown
 3 sets

 My new gym has only thick bars so the deads were harder than usual. Deficit deads felt super easy and fast.  Grip on Kroc rows also felt good. Great workout.
