Training Squats & Back Building

First Post on Squat Sleep Eat 


Tomorrow Ill be posting an entire background story and lifting history but for right now Ill just be posting my workout from today.

Squat
Worked up to 365*6,  385*2, 405*2
3sec Pause Squat 315x3x3
Calf Raise   5*5
Leg Curl    5*6

Back Building
Chins    Worked up to BW + 50 *1, then BW for 9 reps
Wide Grip Pulldowns 2*8
Close Grip Pulldowns 2*8
Hammer Shrugs   3*15

Overall good session.  Both the 365*6 and the 405*2 were PRs for me.
