Training 7/25 Deads and Squats

Speed Deadlifts
 275x1x15  with 20 sec rest between

Chins
 5x7

Pulldowns
 4x8

Shrugs
 405x3 315 x20

Then a few hours later I came back in to do Pause Squats

Pause Squats
 325x6

Calves
 10x10

Leg Curl
 20x2

Overall not a bad day of training.
