Training Bench 7/24

Bench
 Worked up to 275x4.  Supposed to be for 8 but my damn pec minor started acting up

Pause Bench
 230x3x4

Curls-Lots

Cuff Work- Lots.

 Gotta get my pec minor healed up.  275x8 was in the bag today but the pain prevented me from pushing it.  Better to be safe today and bench tomorrow than set a PR today and never bench tomorrow.
