Chins
  5x7

Wide Grip Pulldowns
 2x8

CloseGrip Pulldowns
 2x8

Dumbell Shrugs
 75x20x3

The chins were harder than they should have been.  Time to lose some fat.  Chins are an awesome way to determine if your getting too fat while bulking up.
