Training- Press 7/16

Close Grip Bench Press
 Worked up to 275x6

3 Sec Pause Bench Press
 230x3x3

Behind the Neck Push Press
 205x3x4  225x2

Incline Press
 185x10x2

Pretty solid session. Pause benches went up fast and easy.  I'll prolly try and milk the 230 for one more week.
